HVF Avadi Apprentice Eligibility Criteria/Educational Qualification:

A. Category – I Graduate Apprentices:-

– A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a Statutory University in a relevant discipline.

– A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in a relevant discipline.

– Graduate examination of Professional bodies recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.

B. Category – II Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:-

– A Diploma in Engineering or technology (Full time) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in a relevant discipline.

– A Diploma in Engineering or Technology(Full time) granted by a University in a relevant discipline.

– A Diploma in Engineering and Technology granted by an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to the above.

Note: Only 2019, 2020 & 2021 passed out candidates are eligible for applying for the apprenticeship in HVF Avadi.

Age Limit: The age limit will be followed as per Apprenticeship Rules.

Stipend:

1. Graduate Apprentice Trainee – Rs.9000/- per month

2. Technician Apprentice Trainee – Rs.8000/- per month

HVF Avadi Apprentice Selection Process 2022:

The Board of Apprenticeship Training (SR) is interested in the task of preparing shortlisting from the online application data. Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the basic prescribed qualification as applicable to the respective disciplines. Shortlisted candidates shall be intimated through their registered Email id. Shortlisted candidates have to appear for Certificate Verification at HVF, Avadi, Chennai.

Please note: After verification of student enrolment by BOAT (SR), a student can able to log in and apply:

Step 1:

a. Login

b. Click Establishment Request Menu

c. Click Find Establishment

d. Upload Resume

e. Choose Establishment name

f. Type “HEAVY VEHICLES FACTORY” and search

g. Click apply

h. Click apply again

For students who have not so far enrolled in the National Web Portal:

b. Click Enroll

c. Complete the application form

d. A unique Enrolment Number for each student will be generated.
